My name is Richard Turner
Hi, I am Rich, The founder of LP Revolution, and heres a bit more about me.

I am high-performance executive coach, leadership performance trainer, well-being educator, accredited clarity 4d colour profiling trainer and... sports enthusiast. With a passion for helping individuals and teams achieve sustainable peak performance, I draw valuable insights from the world of sports to foster individual and team success.
With a BSc in sport science and coaching, I have spent a decade since empowering individuals, from young athletes to CEOs, to achieve their health, fitness, and performance goals. I have also spent over 7 years as a mens hockey coach, which has helped me learn how to emphasise the creation of successful teams and boost positive teamwork.
