Refund Policy for LP Revolution (Owned by Futur3 You LTD)

At LP Revolution, owned and operated by Futur3 You LTD, we are committed to delivering high-quality leadership development, team training, and performance coaching services to our corporate clients. Due to the nature of our bespoke, service-based offerings, which often involve significant upfront planning, resource allocation, and customisation, our refund policy reflects these considerations.

This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered for services provided by LP Revolution. This Refund Policy should be read in conjunction with our full Terms and Conditions, which provide comprehensive details regarding cancellations, postponements, and the overall engagement framework.

1. General Principles

1.1. Our services are typically delivered following a mutually agreed-upon proposal, statement of work, or service agreement ("Agreement") that outlines the scope, deliverables, and fees. Refunds are generally not provided for services that have been fully delivered or for which significant preparatory work has commenced.

1.2. All refund requests must be made in writing by the Client (the corporate entity) to LP Revolution via email to richard@lprevolution.co.uk.

1.3. Any refund consideration will be based on the specific terms outlined in your Agreement and the timelines specified below.

 

2. Cancellations and Postponements by the Client

2.1. Standard Cancellation / Postponement Terms (for pre-scheduled workshops, training days, or defined coaching programs): * If the Client cancels or requests to postpone scheduled Services, the following charges (and corresponding refund implications) will apply based on the notice period provided prior to the agreed-upon start date of the Service: * 30 business days or more notice: A cancellation/postponement fee of 0% of the total Service fee may be retained to cover administrative costs and initial resource allocation. * Between 15 and 29 business days notice: A cancellation/postponement fee of 50% of the total Service fee will be charged. The remaining 50% of any fees paid will be refunded. * Less than 15 business days notice: 100% of the total Service fee will be charged. No refund will be provided as significant preparation, material development, and scheduling commitments will have been made.

2.2. Ongoing Coaching Engagements (e.g., monthly retainers, fixed number of sessions over a period): * For ongoing coaching arrangements, specific cancellation terms will be detailed in your individual coaching Agreement. Typically, a notice period of 30 days is required for termination, and any unused, pre-paid sessions within that notice period are generally non-refundable.

2.3. Project-Based Work / Custom Programs: * For larger, project-based engagements or custom-designed programs, the refund and cancellation terms will be explicitly defined within the specific Agreement, reflecting the bespoke nature and phased payment structures.

 

3. Cancellations and Postponements by LP Revolution

3.1. In the rare event that LP Revolution needs to cancel or significantly postpone Services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., trainer illness, emergency, Force Majeure events as defined in our Terms and Conditions) and a mutually agreeable reschedule date cannot be found within a reasonable timeframe 90 days, the Client will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid for the affected, undelivered Services.

3.2. LP Revolution will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the Client (e.g., travel, accommodation for participants) as a result of such cancellation or postponement.

 

4. No Refunds for Completed Services or Dissatisfaction with Outcomes

4.1. Services Rendered: Once a training workshop, coaching session, or specific program module has been delivered as per the Agreement, no refunds will be provided for that delivered portion of the Service.

4.2. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes: As stated in our Terms and Conditions, LP Revolution does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or performance improvements for the Client or its Participants. Our services are designed to facilitate development and provide tools, but the ultimate success depends on the Client's and Participants' engagement, implementation, and other internal and external factors. Therefore, dissatisfaction with the perceived outcome or impact of the Services does not qualify for a refund.

4.3. Client Non-Participation: If Client-nominated Participants fail to attend scheduled sessions or trainings without appropriate notice as per Section 2, no refund will be provided for those missed sessions.

 

5. Refund Processing

5.1. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days from the date of approval.

5.2. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used by the Client where possible (e.g., bank transfer to the originating account).

 

6. Exceptions

6.1. Any exceptions to this Refund Policy will be at the sole discretion of LP Revolution (Futur3 You LTD) and must be agreed upon in writing by an authorised representative of LP Revolution.
